Outage Trends by Type

The Outage Trends by Type dashboard enables you to view and analyze the rise and fall of outages to identify patterns and drill in on affected applications and business services. You can analyze the outage trend with Monthly or Quarterly data.

Outage Trends by Type

This section helps you to filter based on the Outage Types defined in your environment. You can select one or more Outage Types( All, Degradation, Outage, Planned Outage) for which you want to analyze the outage trend over a period of time.

Select the Downtime or Outages tab to view the corresponding details as a graph. The graph represents outage trend for the selected time period, where the legends depict the type of outage.

Outages by CI Class

This section displays the number of outages occurred according to the CI Class items.

Outage Details

This section displays the type and number of outages occurred over a time period. Under Environments Affected, you can view the environment (Production, Development, and more) that are affected due to the occurrence of outages.

Metrics Used
